Van Power is Chief Operating Officer of NAI Global Contact Center/Site Selection Services worldwide and COO of NAI Robert Lynn's Corporate Services Division in Dallas/Fort Worth (Texas) Metroplex. He specializes in representing corporate tenants in the site selection, acquisition and disposition of corporate call centers/contact centers, service centers and back-office operations centers worldwide. During his career, Power and his team have completed site selection assignments on over 7 million square feet of contact center space.

Power combines comprehensive office, industrial and build-to-suit market knowledge with integrity, resourcefulness, tenacity, and 25 years of negotiation experience to represent the best interests of his corporate and business clients. He was honored as one of The Dallas Business Journal's Commercial Real Estate "HEAVY HITTERS" every year from 1991-2004. His transaction experience includes representation of tenants both large and small clients, in assignments ranging from negotiating office, industrial, office-flex and build-to-suit leases to major corporate relocations. He has unique expertise in labor analysis, demographic evaluation, site selection and negotiation of municipal, state and/or provincial incentives for the teleservices industry.

Power previously was Co-Founder and President of Arledge/Power Real Estate Group, where for 14 years he represented corporate clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and South Africa. Arledge/Power was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as winner of its "2001 PACESETTERS AWARD," given to the #1 Fastest Growing Company in the Dallas Metroplex for 2000-2001. Arledge/Power was also honored as a recipient of the 2001 "Dallas 100" Award, recognizing the fastest growing companies in Dallas.

Prior to his real estate career, Power was the International Executive Director of the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) and accrued 14 years of executive management experience in national and international facility planning. Among his accomplishments, Power negotiated facilities for more than 400 local, national and international sporting events. As Executive Director, he was responsible for over 500 employees operating in 48 states and 12 countries, including 350 locations worldwide.

Power has a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Mississippi.

Power's honors and professional affiliations include selection to the prestigious Society of Office and Industrial Realtors® (SIOR), Dallas Real Estate Managers Forum, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) Board of Directors and Dallas Ecological Society.

David Schrock is a Senior Director in NAI Global’s Contact Center/Site Selection Services practice.

Schrock has extensive experience analyzing commercial real estate markets, performing site selection and due diligence, project management and negotiations. He began his career in commercial real estate with Rosewood Property Company as a Market Analyst, responsible for office market studies throughout the United States. Most recently, he was with Royal Seal Development, a national build-to-suit developer based in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for locating sites for national tenants throughout Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.

Prior to his work with Royal Seal Development, Schrock was Vice President of Site Selection and Research for Arledge/Power Real Estate Group Inc., an international tenant representation firm that specialized in the call center/contact services industry and build-to-suits. He was responsible for creating and updating information regarding site selection and research; demographic and labor studies; financial analysis and ongoing project management services.

Throughout his career, Schrock has been directly involved in negotiating acquisition contracts, performing property due diligence, working with city, county and state governments, and managing projects from purchase to close using third-party and in-house construction managers, architectural and engineering managers, legal counsel and staff. He has worked extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and the Caribbean, resulting in over 1 million square feet of closed transactions.

Schrock earned an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and a BS degree in Business Administration and Systems Analysis from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana.

Heather Nevarez has been a member of the NAI Global Contact Center/Site Selection team since its inception. She creates and reviews all Contact Center/Site Selection presentations ensuring they are specific to the needs of the client and works directly with Van Power in completing the comprehensive site selection plan. Her keen attention to detail combined with the extensive experience of the Contact Center/Site Selection team members has resulted in an unparalleled level of client service and satisfaction.

Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas.

Steve Proctor is Senior Vice President and Associate Broker with NAI Brannen Goddard in Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in representation of owners and tenants in Class “A” and “B” office requirements and in single-story service centers. Proctor has represented clients, both large and small. He has completed contact centers in sizes up to 40,000 feet, and he has represented properties totaling in excess of 5,000,000 square feet during his 18 years in the real estate industry. With this background, Proctor brings an understanding of issues that are important to both landlord and tenant in structuring a deal.

Prior to entering real estate, Proctor spent 18 years with Burlington Industries (then the largest textile company in the world). That tenure included eight years in the furniture manufacturing division of the company, where he was a plant manager and also designed and implemented production scheduling and labor costing systems. Proctor later moved to the textile side of the business and was a national sales manager handling national accounts, including JC Penney and Sears. Proctor operated in various towns in North Carolina, and in New York City, Chicago and Atlanta. He developed firsthand the experience and understanding of bottom line responsibilities and needs of a variety of business functions.

Proctor graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS degree from the School of Industrial Engineering, and he also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is active in a number of industry organizations and has been a top 10 producer as recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Patricia Faulkner is a client services executive with more than 25 years of experience. She works closely with members of the Contact Center/Site Selection Services team companies to develop unique solutions to clients’ complex needs and helps align the people, processes and systems to execute the real estate plan.

Prior has been a member of NAI Global’s Corporate Services group since joining the company in 1996, and served as the account executive for ABB, Air Products & Chemicals Inc., Bank of New York, GTECH and The Stanley Works.

Prior to joining NAI, Faulkner served as the Northeast Auction Sales Coordinator and Asset Marketing Specialist for the Resolution Trust Corporation, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, from 1991 to 1995. She was responsible for all aspects of RTC's media and telemarketing campaigns, sales initiative marketing materials, contractor selection and oversight, due diligence analyses, event planning and budgetary controls, public outreach seminars, and sales negotiations and closings. She initiated 25 national marketing programs and recruited, trained and supervised staff and contractors responsible for the sale of more than $2 billion in real estate and non-performing loans. While with the RTC, Ms. Faulkner received merit awards for active contributions to real estate sales in excess of $4 billion and designation to the National Land Sales Task Force, Washington, D.C.

Faulkner was also associated with Calton, Inc., Freehold, New Jersey, for two years as Director of Acquisitions, where she led site acquisition efforts and land development in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the national building company. Patricia also served as Director of Real Estate for Levitt Corporation, Freehold, New Jersey, and was responsible for their re-entry and development efforts during the late 1980s in Long Island, New York and Southern New Jersey. Her real estate career began as a salesperson with NAI Eric Bram & Company, an NAI Member firm since 1981, in East Brunswick, New Jersey.

Faulker holds a BA in Urban Studies from Rutgers University School of Urban and Regional Policy and Planning, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is active in CoreNet Global, National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), NJ ICREW and ICSC NJ.
